5 sporting regulations, which can save the life of a man

In 1926, lifter and lover of physical culture Earle Liderman wrote a book called "Endurance". It Liderman draws attention to the fact thatevery man should be physically fit enough to save your life in case of an emergency.

He established five sporting regulations, which should help man to cope with this problem.

The implementation of these standards will not require you to have outstanding powers. Rather, they are intended to have the force and stamina sufficient to maintain himself safe.

If you are in search of sports goals for yourself, these five standards will be a great start.

According to Lederman, every man should be able to save her own life. He must be able to swim far enough, run fast enough and long enough to save his life, if necessary. It needs to be able to catch up and do push-UPS enough times, and be able to jump to a sufficient height and a sufficient distance in length.

Every man should be able to:

1. Swim at least half a mile (≈800 m) or more.

2. To run at a maximum speed of 200 yards (≈180 m) or more.

3. Jump over the obstacles above their own waist.

4. To raise his body with his hands on the bar until the chin level at least 15 times.

5. To do push-UPS on the parallel bars at least 25 times.

If a man is able to do it, then he can not be afraid for his life, if he is in an emergency situation in which its safety will depend on his physical abilities.published
