  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp chopped green
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp of vinegar
  • ground black pepper (to taste)






Cooking
  1. Slice the tomatoes slices and put them in a pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix all ingredients for marinade. Fields this mixture of tomatoes.
  3. Cover the pan with a lid and send for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Feeding a snack to the table, sprinkle the tomatoes with herbs.
