SUPER healthy persimmon pudding with Chia seeds

Place alternative milk, Chia seeds, pod or vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon, and cardamom to an airtight container. Mix and put in the refrigerator overnight (or at least for 8 hours).
For the cream
Once the pudding is ready, cut the persimmons and place in a blender along with the cinnamon, whisk until smooth cream.
In four small cups (or two large) put layers of pudding with Chia seeds and custard from persimmon.

Note: in order to get the perfect cream of persimmon, the fruit must be very ripe, sweet and soft. Then it is easily whipped to the desired consistency and the cream will be the right taste.
