Thick delicious green smoothie

If you want to add more greens in your diet, it is best to do this in the form of a smoothie. Experiment with ingredients. The beauty of this dish is that it is not necessary to follow a clear recipe. Seasonal produce is exactly what you need. Make a smoothie in a bowl, garnish with your favorite berries and fruits. Start your day bright, tasty and healthy! So you will receive the necessary vitamins and fiber, micro - and macronutrients.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 4 small frozen banana
  • 4 cups beet leaves
  • 4 florets of Kale (without stems)
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 3-4 sprigs of mint
  • 2 tablespoons Flaxseed meal
Coconut water or simply filtered water (as much as needed for desired consistency, about 1/2 Cup if you want thicker smoothies, so eat it with a spoon).

Additional ingredients:

Dates (if you prefer a sweeter cocktail).

The spirulina powder. It is rich in iron, protein, magnesium and many other micro - and macronutrients.


Whisk all ingredients in a blender, pour the smoothie into bowls and add your favorite products. For example, seasonal fruits and berries, pistachios, and hemp seeds.
