  1. Release of drugs from the packaging: take tablets from blister packs, emptying powder from the bags, pour the liquid from bottles and ampoules.
  2. Grind drugs in a convenient way.
  3. Mix all with inedible waste: suitable coffee grounds or cat litter.
  4. Put the mixture in a resealable jar or dark bag, then throw it in the bin.


This procedure should be done with one simple goal: not to harm the environment. The fact that discarded drugs can find birds, stray animals or curious children. It is worth spending some time to dispose of medications properly!
