Vegetable soup


Ingredients:
160 g of purified pumpkin
50 g pepper
100g broccoli
Article 1/2 of sauerkraut
1 small onion
 
3 cloves garlic
1 sprig of celery petiolar
5 sprigs of parsley
750 ml of water
1 tsp sweet paprika
1/3 tsp smoked paprika acute
1 bay leaf
dill
salt to taste

All vegetables are cleaned and cut arbitrarily, celery, finely chopped.

Pour water into the pan and add all the vegetables and sauerkraut, let the water boil.

Season with salt and cook until tender vegetables for 15-20 minutes. After that, add the paprika, bay leaves, cook another 2 minutes.

Let cool slightly, remove bay leaf and beat the soup in a blender. Warm up the soup and sprinkle with dill.
