Anti-aging antioxidant drink to start the day

Instead of skipping Breakfast, try our antioxidant smoothie based on green tea. Easy, but at the same time nutritious smoothies, will give you strength and will not overload the stomach. As for the wheat germ, they will not only provide you with the necessary dose of fiber, but will be a source of vitamins and minerals (vitamins E, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium and manganese). Moreover, they contain omega-3 fatty acids, which most of us are lacking.

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 3/4 Cup green tea (brewed and cooled)
  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 250 g Greek yoghurt (if you want a more liquid smoothie, replace the milk — conventional or alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • honey to taste (optional)
Preparation:

Boil water and brew tea. Allow it to cool.
Place tea and remaining ingredients in a blender. Whisk until smooth. Enjoy!
