Ingredient:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 tbsp of butter (melting);
  • 120 grams of flour;
  • 130 grams of milk;
  • Salt tastes good.
Preparation:

  • Whip slightly salted eggs, add milk and butter (all foods should be warm).
  • Add flour and stir so there are no lumps. The dough should be a little thicker than on pancakes.
  • Bake in the oven without opening the door until ready (about 20 minutes). Cool off the bars.
  • The filling can be any - fruit, cheese, salad, etc. You can fill (for example, pieces of fruit, put in forms before baking).




Cooking is very easy. Do not be afraid if the dough does not start to rise immediately.
