Yeastless buns Ingredients
- 480g flour
- 125g kefir
- 125g of water
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 40 ml of vegetable oil
- 30ml butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch
Additional ingredients

- cornstarch
- walnuts
- syrup
Preparation
- Let's mix our dough. In a large container, mix kefir, water, egg, vinegar and vegetable oil. Butter and pour it over the other ingredients. Add baking powder and salt. Stir it all together. To the homogeneous mixture add sifted flour. Mix the soft dough. Leave it under film for 15 minutes.
- After that, divide the dough into 4 parts. Each mix separately and form neat buds from the dough. Sprinkle the working surface with corn starch. It's fine to roll the first part of the test. The floor should be almost transparent. Sprinkle starch on top. How exactly to roll the dough, you can see in the video below.
- After rolling, lubricate the dough with melted butter. On top of it lay the second layer of dough, rolled in the same way. Oil it again. Do the same with the remaining test. The last layer should also be oiled.
- Grind the walnuts and sprinkle generously on top of the last layer of dough. Put it all on a wide roll. Now cut a cookie form or a glass from this roll of small buns.
YouTube - Mash the form for baking with butter and put ready-made buns there. On top of the buns also lubricate with butter. Bake for 1 hour at 160 degrees. While the buns are still hot, pour them on top with sugar syrup.
