  • ¾ Cup chopped cooked beets
  • ¾ Cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ Cup almond milk
  • Juice of 2 small lime (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1 tablespoon flour from seed of flax
  • 1 ripe banana
For the toppings (use any amount desired):

  • raspberry, banana
  • almond flakes
  • flakes of coconut




Preparation:

1. Add all the ingredients for a smoothie in the blender. Whisk until smooth. Place it into a bowl.
