Meatballs as in the garden: juicy, with a flavorful sauce... the Dish was enjoyed by all since childhood!

Dishes from kindergarten — one of my fondest memories of any adult. About meatballs worth a special mention: their delicate taste is not to be confused with anything!

"Website" in a hurry to please you and your loved ones. Prepare yourself juicy meatballs in tomato-sour cream gravy, as in the garden, they will become your signature dish!





Meatballs from minced meat with ecomigration for meatballs
  • 500 g minced pork and beef
  • 0,3–0,5 tbsp. uncooked rice (round unsteamed)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste


Ingredients for the gravy
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1,5 cups of water


Cooking
  1. Thoroughly rinse the rice, pour 1: 1 with water and boil until soft. Mix it in with the meat. Add the onion, grated or chopped in a meat grinder, egg, salt and pepper.


  2. Vimesy mince until smooth mass. Hit it a few times on a clean countertop or on the sides of the bowl. So you'll get enough solid mass for further cooking.


  3. With hands moistened in water, shape of forcemeat small balls. Roll each ball in flour.


  4. Fry the meatballs in a frying pan until Golden brown (cover, don't cover). Then place them in a deep pot.


  5. Slightly fry the flour, add to it the tomato paste, parts, pour 1 tbsp. water, stirring thoroughly. Wait, wait, hold the sauce on the heat for 30 seconds, then pour them meatballs. Within 10 minutes the carcass meatballs under the lid on low heat.


  6. Separately dissolve the sour cream in half Cup of cold water. After 10 minutes stewing pour sour cream sauce in a saucepan, cover with a lid and continue to simmer for another 20 minutes. 5 minutes before end of cooking add the washed Bay leaf.




These tender savory meat balls turned out even more delicious than your favorite burgers! Just like in kindergarten... Fill them with any side dish, with a generous helping of sauce — is delicious in any case.
