Now run it through the body horizontally to the median line before crossing the nipple line. At this intersection, there will be your physiological point on your body that you will tap. Place your left hand fist on this point. That's the first point.

  • Now, second point. Find a jugular hollow on your body. This is where the heads of the collarbone are attached. Now place your right hand fist under the jugular cavity. Where your fist is and will be the second point on your body.

  • At the same time, we make synchronous movements (blows) very easily, without fanaticism, at these two points 19 times.
