Roll in 5 minutes.


Ingredients:
5 Art. l. sugar
5 Art. l. flour
5 Art. l. milk powder
3 eggs
1/3 h. L. soda (to repay vinegar)
pinch of salt
 
Turn the oven temperature of 220 degrees. Immediately put in her pan greased with butter - it should be hot.

Knead the dough for biscuits. Beat eggs with sugar, gradually add the sifted flour, milk powder, salt, baking soda and redemption.

Pour the dough on a baking sheet and bake for exactly 5 minutes.

Remove from the oven, immediately spread any jam, marmalade or jam and roll to roll until it is hot. Give to cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Note:
Ready roll immediately after baking, you can throw on a clean towel and have to roll with it.
