Slow eating helps to lose weight

The researchers, who published details of their experiment in the journal "Appetite", noted that those volunteers who lunch bites well chewed piece of his sandwich, about 30 seconds ate half as much candy in the second half of the day than those who ate their lunch at a fast pace.

 




"Slow chewing of the food helps to fully enjoy it, and, eventually, in the future, this will greatly decrease Your appetite," reports study author Suzanne Higgs from Birmingham University in the UK.
