Fat-burning green cocktail
Unrealistically tasty and healthy cocktail that effectively combats fat deposits!
And if you combine with exercises, the result will be simply incredible!
Ingredients (per serving):
1 medium kiwi
2 lemon rings (together with peel)
7-10 branches of parsley (tails are trimmed)
6-8 sprigs of mint
100 ml of pure non-carbonated water
If desired, 1-2 tsp of honey (but not sugar!)
Preparation:
1. Peel and cut into 4-5 parts of kiwi and put in a bowl of blender. Ideally, to prepare a cocktail is not in a blender, but with the help of a pistil and mortar, as this saves more vitamins than in the case of a blender, but if you like me do not have a mortar, you can use a blender. You can leave a piece for decoration.
2. There we will send two thin rings of lemon (together with peel) and parsley.
3. We disassemble the mint into leaves - leaves to the kiwi, and stems to the garbage. We add honey if we wish.
4. Add water and grind everything in puree.
5. We pour in a glass, decorate and enjoy! Drink right away!
