Even while training at the medical University, I began to understand that our health system does not provide enough tools that a person was healthy. And I began to look for what can be done. Then I directed the laboratory of new technologies in the Central clinical hospital of the Ministry of transport and communications, engaged in cellular technology and the recovery of the body with influence on regeneration processes. Every seven years our body is updated almost completely. We even updated throughout the day and are sick, if this mechanism broken. So, solving everyday applied tasks in their clinical practice, we realized that the classical treatment is really has its limitations. In the course of work in the field of regenerative medicine, we tried to restore the body after illness, and it worked out pretty well. But we found a number of strange problems we face, such as different people's reactions to our treatments. I was wondering why this is so, and we were intently studying the health of their patients: to collect and analyze information about what happened to them over a long period of time. So we started to do health card, which showed that disease processes occur much earlier in their symptoms. This is a basic property of our consciousness and an evolutionary survival mechanism: if we find ourselves in some circumstances, life-threatening, we will be able to get used to them. At the same time it compels us not to stand in one place, to act in the external environment, that is, to live. However, this property has a negative side.
Because of him, the more we strive to reach the state meet due to their own actions in the external world (circumstances, incentives, concepts, motivational workshops, gurus and teachers), the less we get. There is no possibility to develop a generic tablet or biotechnological method of continuous residence in this state. That is, even if we solve problems with physical health or material wealth, we will not be able directly to have fun through external action.

We doctors already have. The who estimates that at least 25% of the population suffered a depressive episode at least once in your life. While we typically think that health is kind of a separate story, not connected with anything else. But our quality of life depends on health, and health depends on the quality of our lives. The key factor determining our health is the health of others. Our community is completely focused on achieving some kind of social success: we are constantly waiting for the promotion and disappointed when it did not receive compare ourselves to others, following false targets, which are not in the present. This is a proven fact, but we pay little attention to information processes. Young people may not feel physical problems, but could hurt in terms of relationship, job or success.
On the other hand, we, of course, affect the environment. But objectively the main reason of the phenomena — the childishness and the desire to pass on to someone else your difficulties in life. I travel a lot, and the fact that the Russian people are in this sense something different, is misleading. So, while people do not know which laws are the basis of health, how important is the accuracy of communications, yet it will not connect health with my entire life, work, relationships into a single process, he will not learn to be healthy, effective and successful.
