Hychiny with potatoes





  • 250 ml of kefir;
  • 2 cups flour;
  • 5 pieces of potato;
  • 200 grams of cheese;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 100 grams of greens;
  • salt to taste;
  • garlic optional
Mix yogurt, flour, salt and knead the dough. Let the dough stand one hour.

Peeled potatoes boil in salted water until tender, drain. Mash potatoes into a puree. In hot potatoes, add the cheese, cheese, greens ( garlic) and mix well.

Divide pastry not a few small portions. Roll each portion into a ball. Then knead each ball into a thick pancake and place in it the filling.

Selenite the edges of the cakes in "the knot", again roll the ball and with a rolling pin roll into a thin pellet.

Fry each tortilla on both sides in a dry frying pan. Before serving, brush the tortillas with melted butter. published
