Sauteed eggplant

Ingredients

  • Eggplant 2 PCs
  • pepper balgarski 3-4 PCs
  • tomatoes 3-4 pieces
  • carrots 1 piece
  • bow 1 PCs
  • salt and pepper to taste
 

Method of preparation
