Summer cherry pie
It is very easy to prepare and incredibly tasty pie. The filling is very juicy, and with this dough very easy to work with. Try it!

For the dough:
Method of preparation
On the table proseem flour mixed with salt, then put chopped into pieces oil, all peremeshaem, then add water and quickly mix to a smooth dough. Roll the dough into a ball and remove half an hour in the fridge. Meanwhile, prepare the filling.
If cherries are fresh, then clean it from the bones. In a small saucepan, pour 3/4 Cup water (you can pour cherry syrup), add cinnamon and sugar, stir and let the mass boil.
In another bowl dissolve the starch in 1/4 Cup water, add this mixture to the syrup, cook for another minute, then add the cherries and heat for another 2-3 minutes, remove from heat, add lemon juice, stir and let it cool down completely. Preheat the oven.
Roll out dough on flour covered surface into a cake thickness of about 5 mm. Spread in the form, making bumpers. Then put the filling and roll out scraps of dough, cut into strips and put on the pie in the form of mesh.
A little beat into a soft mousse yolk and coat them with the surface of the pie. Put into the oven for 30-40 minutes until it will turn brown. Allow to cool so that the mixture thickens and you can eat.published
