Baking cake with cherry ingredients
- 20g butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 300g cherry
- 2 eggs
- 100g sugar

- 14g baking powder
- 100 ml of vegetable oil
- 150 ml of milk

Preparation
- For the preparation of the cake you will suit both frozen and fresh cherries. The main thing is not to forget to remove the bones. True, fresh cherries are juicier and better in shape, so the pie with it will definitely taste better.
- Melt the butter in the pan. Add the sugar. Prepare the mixture by stirring until it is brown.
- Put the berries on the pan. Roast them on the smallest fire until they become caramel.
- In the meantime, beat your eggs with a mixer. Continuing to whip, add sugar, milk, vanilla, vegetable oil.
- In several receptions, enter flour mixed with baking powder.
- It should be liquid as sour cream dough.
- Pour the resulting test pan with berries. Cover it.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes on a low heat (you can use a flame dissecter) until the top of the cake begins to compact.
- Check with a silicone spatula to see if the edges of the cake stick to the pan. Wipe the pan lid with a napkin and turn the cake over.
- Now gently place it on the top side of the pan. Keep cooking for another 5-6 minutes.
- Let the cake cool a little. Decorate with powdered sugar and serve it to the table.
