Sprinkle the cherries in a deep bowl, add 1 tablespoon of sugar. If the cherry is very sweet, you can add 2 tablespoons of sugar, but you do not need to add much sugar. Also add starch. Stir it all together.





  4. In a separate container, mix almond flour, ordinary wheat flour, sugar and sunflower oil. Stir thoroughly.



  5. Take the dough out of the fridge, and then mix it well. Roll the dough with a thickness of no more than 0.5 centimeters. Put the dough on the baking mold (I have a diameter of 20 centimeters), form the sides of the dough with your hands.



  6. Slightly sprinkle the dough with starch, and then lay out the cherry, previously mixing it. Evenly distribute the cherry over the entire surface of the cake, and then sprinkle the cake with a sprinkle of almond flour. Almond flour can be replaced with corn flour.
