Qigong exercise for HEALTH promotion “Sky Lift”
Qigong is the art applied and not purely academic. Practices are necessary.
The following exercise is one of the best in qigong — it is useful for beginner and for master.
And the allowable deviations in the implementation of technology, even small errors.
Form of qigong is not an end, its purpose is to create energy flow within the body. However, it is extremely important to breathe smoothly.
Usually beginners try to breathe deeper. They think that the deeper the breath, the more forces will arrive. This is incorrect.
The qigong is breathed in not just air, but cosmic energy. Efforts in breathing frequently interfere with the flow of cosmic energy.
Another requirement is the ability to relax.

A description of the exercise "Lifting the Sky"
Stand up straight, relax your muscles, legs put together. Hands down lower. Turn the hands with your fingers forward so that hands and forearms were straight angle. The palms point to the ground and hold them in front of him (Fig. 1).
Raise your hands forward and up.
The palm upwards to the sky. Keep them perpendicular to the forearm (Fig. 2).
Performing the movement of the hands smoothly inhale through the nose.
Look at the fingers, raising his head. Gently hold your breath.
Apply palms up to the sky, holding them perpendicular to the forearms.
Then after the party put your hands down, smoothly exhaling mouth.
At the same time lower your head and look forward (Fig. 3).
Repeat the exercise ten to twenty times.
Each time, moving the palm toward the sky, feel straightens the back. Lowering his hands, feel the energy flow, directed down along the body.
This exercise is called the "Sky Lift".
