Gentle rice pudding with dried cherry and cinnamon
The delicate cream consistency of this pudding will conquer more than one child. How many adult fans will he have? Adults always eat after their children. However, they may not get anything here, so make more pudding, and even better – many small portions.
Ingredients
Pour a large pot with a thick bottom with water. Pour low-fat cream, put on a medium fire, bring to a boil, add sugar and salt, cook until the sugar dissolves. Sprinkle the rice, bring to a boil, reduce the fire to a minimum and cook, stirring, until thickened, about 1 hour.
Remove from the fire, add cherry and ground cinnamon, mix thoroughly, close and leave for 1 h. Then move into the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
Beat the cream in a thick foam, add to the rice in portions, carefully stirring silicone spatula cutting movements.
Lubricate the film with oil and paste it with the molds so that the edges hang. Shift the rice and cream mass into the mold(s), cover with loose ends and put in the refrigerator for another 20 minutes. Serve cold with fresh or dried berries.
WORKING COUNCIL Look for this pudding is dried cherry, not boiled in syrup and then dried. They are very different from each other in color. The one that is beautiful, bright red and smooth is made of syrup. You can buy some for decoration. And you need a small, almost black and wrinkled. If dried cherries are not found, halve the amount of sugar in the recipe.
