Delicate Apple pudding with pine nuts

INGREDIENTS
  • sugar – 150 g
  • grated zest of 1 lemon
  • apples – 0.5 kg
  • milk – 3 tbsp
  • butter – 150 g
  • egg – 2 PCs.
  • dry white wine – 3 tbsp
  • pancake flour – 1 Cup
  • the seedless raisins – 50 g
  • pine nuts – 2 tbsp
 PREPARATION METHOD rinse the Raisins and soak in white wine for 30 minutes. Apples peel and cut into slices, removing the core.

In skillet, heat 1 tbsp butter, put the apples, add 2 tbsp of sugar. Sauté, stirring, 5 minutes. Add the raisins along with the wine and cook for another 6-8 minutes, until soft apples. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Remaining butter soften and beat in a bowl with the remaining sugar. One at a time, continuing to whisk, add the eggs. Gradually add flour and lemon zest, pour in the milk and knead homogeneous dough.

 

To spray the silicone mold with water, place it in the Apple mixture and smooth the surface.

 

Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Pour the dough on the apples, smooth spatula and bake for 30-35 min.

 





 

 

Nuts fry in a dry pan until Golden brown, 4 min. Cool the pudding in the form of, flip on a serving dish and decorate with nuts. You can sprinkle sugar powder.
