The practice of lucid dreaming
Sleep is an integral part of life of every person, moreover, during sleep we spend about a third of his life. Dreaming is one of the spheres of the spiritual life of man, which, despite the contributions of many scientists in understanding the nature of dreams, still represents something mysterious and incomprehensible to the end. In this article we will focus on categories such as lucid dreaming. What is it? What is its practical significance? How can I understand that the person is in the dream? Lucid dreaming (OS) is an altered state of consciousness in which a person realizes that sleep, and maybe in varying degrees, to manage the content of the dream. The simplest method of training lucid dreaming is the so-called test of reality. It is a set of exercises that allow you to determine if the person is in the real world or in a dream. At first, these exercises should become a habit in the waking state, and then seep into the world of dreams.
