SPA-style dreams. How to heal while resting

For centuries, SPA adherents have made pilgrimages to healing waters and sacred places in search of enlightenment and a deeper understanding of their dreams.
According to Professor Jonathan Paul De Verville, an expert in SPA Dreaming, rest and relaxation in SPA is an essential part of preparing for “healing dreams,” real rest allows the soul to break away from the body, brain and ego, giving the necessary time and space to do everything else.

Want to access your dreams for life-critical decisions and healing of body and soul? Try to create favorable conditions for sleep, and you will be surprised by the wisdom that spontaneously opens in your dreams.

Professor De Verville's advice:
1. Have at hand a notebook and pen to record the inner wisdom of the dream with which you wake up. Perhaps what you write down will not make much sense at that very moment, but after a while re-reading your dreams, you will be able to understand their essence and think about their importance in your life.
2. Stitch and place a "dream bag" under the pillow with dried wormwood leaves (to enhance the number and brightness of dreams) and lavender flowers (for relaxation and rest).
3. On a piece of paper, write down a question or problem that bothers you in real life, and before going to bed, place it under your pillow with the intention of getting the right solution or answer in your dream. Write down everything you dreamed of in response to your request, even if it seems meaningless. After a week of dream descriptions, re-read your notes and you will surely find symbols and plots that contain the answers you need.
4. Are you dreaming? In fact, you just can’t remember your dreams. Try taking vitamin B-6 and eat plenty of bananas, which boost your ability to recall dreams.
5. Before bed, try to keep your mind clean. Evening thoughts in your head can destroy the memories of your dreams in the morning. Tell yourself, “I will remember my dream when I wake up.” This is a proven and effective technique that helps to “revive” dreams. Motivating yourself to remember your dreams will actually help you remember your dreams better, making sure you can remember your dreams and understand them.
