Baked potatoes with avocado sauce

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 900 g potatoes
  • 3 tbsp oil, preferably grape seed oil
  • salt
For avocado sauce

  • 2 avocados
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1\4 tbsp. fresh dill
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1\2 tsp salt


How to prepare:

Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil, add the potatoes. Cook until tender 15 minutes. Drain, set aside.

Preheat oven to 190C, place a baking sheet with baking paper. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet. Prelucrate each tuber as shown on the picture.

Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.

For avocado sauce combine all ingredients in a food processor, whisk until smooth.published
