Avocado Carbonara. Avocado carbonara




INGREDIENTS
2 servings
1 avocado
1 egg yolk
½ cup heavy cream
1 clove of garlic
½ lemon, juicy
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
3 pieces of bacon
½ pound spaghetti
1 tablespoon olive oil
PREPARATION
1. Mix the avocado, egg yolk, garlic, and lemon juice in a powerful blender or food processor. Pulse to blend and add the heavy cream gradually. Mix the sauce until smooth and set aside.
2. Cut strips of bacon and cook in a large saucepan. Set aside.
3. In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and coat with olive oil. Add the sauce, bacon, parmesan, salt and pepper, stirring until well blended. Enjoy!
