White Monday
What can: cheese, milk, yogurt, yogurt without fillers, all milk and milk products in white (ie without fruits!)

What can be: sweet fruits, sweet vegetables (carrots, beets), dried fruits, berries, honey, jelly sugar (only gelatin, fruit and fruit juice!), Fruit jam (per day no more than one saucer!), Dark chocolate ( not more than 50 g. per day!)

Nourishing Wednesday
What can be: lean meat, poultry, eggs, fish and seafood. Canned food is not used!

Thursday Soup

Kashevarnaya Friday
What can be: any porridge without butter and calorie dressings

Liquid Saturday
