How to eat to be slim and not starving:

15.00 - carbohydrates, proteins and vegetables:
Figure 1 / buckwheat / oatmeal no more than 100 grams of dry cereal a day.
2. Any vegetables.
3. Baked apple - 2 pcs.
4. Any proteins (See below.).

After 15.00 - only proteins and non-starchy vegetables:
1. The meat (beef), chicken, turkey.
2. Any fish.
3. Seafood.
4. Eggs.
5. Curd.
6. Protein (powder breed in milk or yogurt).
7. The cucumber / tomato / celery / cabbage / pepper / radish / radish / green salad / greens - 1 cup of chopped vegetables.

Rules:
1. No more than 1,500 calories a day.
2. 6-8 meals (not less than 6), every 3 hours.
3. Carbohydrates to 15.00.
4. Protein anytime.
5. Before training is not for 1.5 hours
6. After training for 45 minutes a protein.

Last meal - protein and vegetables, for 3 hours before bedtime (yogurt - 1 hour before sleep).
