Mango salsa
Ingredients:
Mango - 1, 5 pcs.
Shallot - 1, 5 pcs.
Half of a small beet
Spinach leaves - 5-7 pcs.
7 tablespoons olive oil
6 teaspoons of lemon juice
5 tablespoons soy sauce
Various spices to taste
Preparation:
1. First you need to pickle mangoes, it is necessary to wash it, peel and cut into small slices. Pieces of fragrant mango marinated in soy sauce and spices, leave for half an hour.
2. Wash the beets, peel and cut into thin slices. Leave to marinate for half an hour, too, in olive oil and lemon juice.
3. Then chop shallots. Rings should be small.
4. In a bowl put the salad marinated slices of mango, beets and shallots, also chop spinach and add it there. Drizzle salad with olive oil, add salt to taste and mix well.
This salad designed into three portions, and cooking time is 45 minutes. It is perfect for those who are on a diet, because it is not only useful but also very tasty.
