Raw food diet is becoming increasingly popular in the 21st century.

However, most raw foodists do not consume fresh fruits and vegetables (which are expensive), and dried vegetables and fruits (dried fruits), and some vegetable oils cold pressed. Raw food can be divided into five major subgroups based on what feed raw foodists: omnivorous raw food (the use of all the products in the crude form); vegetarian raw food (except meat and fish, but the use of raw eggs and milk); vegan raw food (eating only raw plant foods); fruitarianism (food only fresh fruits and berries) and carnivorous raw food diet (eating raw meat, eggs and fish, while fruit and vegetables are almost not used).
