In oriental medicine, there are many different methods for self-improvement of health. These include self-massage, stimulating various points, meditation and more. Independently, you can do a lot to feel better. Doctors from the Eastern countries feel that the fingers are connected to all internal organs. Finger movements positively affect the body. In qigong therapy there is a method of "lowering the fingers." It is used to improve the activity of the brain and prolong life.
Training (all in 9 times):
1. First of all, massage your hands. Then bent fingers, since the little finger. After unbent, since large.
2. Bend the fingers of both hands simultaneously. But not completely, but only the two upper phalanges. The thumbs should be straight.
3. Now on every hand bend and unbend fingers once fully in this order: the index, ring, large, medium and little finger.
Sit in a comfortable position. Put your hands on your knees. Eyes slightly covered, tongue touches the upper palate.
Slightly raise your hands above the knees. Bend your index fingers on both hands and dropped his hands down. Leave them in this position for one minute. Then straighten the finger.
The sequence in which you want to lower your fingers: index, ring, big, little finger, middle (see the figure). The fingers must be lifted slowly.
In Eastern medicine it is considered that passes through the limb 12 channels. This system works even without its stimulation. In old age, the energy stagnates to the fingertips. It is therefore essential to activate in order to make the body work better.
After the treatment you will feel cheerfulness, a surge of strength and eventually become calmer and more balanced. Eastern medicine also says that in this way you can extend the life.
