Take any fish suitable for smoking (can be frozen and head). In my case it's catfish.

Hiding in the refrigerator for a day.



From the refrigerator, pour cold water for 2 hours, periodically podmenivaya it.

We get "tool" - a water seal oil lamp (my 35 * 55 * 30) filled with sawdust (here - alder) to cover the bottom. Put the grid to fish under the net pan fat (everything was complete with a smokehouse)

We put the fish. Rope to the pieces do not fall apart.



Output through the pipe smoke from smoking into the vent. Pane / window when it is required to shut down, so that the smoke did not go into the apartment. The hose should be thick and go straight, stiffly, without excesses!

Fill the water seal with water.
