Pork ribs in a spicy citrus-honey marinade

Pork ribs - 500 g
1 lime
1 small orange
2 cloves garlic
1 table. spoon of mustard
Ground paprika
Ground black pepper
1 table. l. olive oil
1 table. l. honey
Dried dill
Ribs washed, cut into pieces a la carte. Prepare the marinade:
Remove the zest from the lime and orange, squeezing the juice from them. Garlic is passed through the press. Mix all of this with the remaining ingredients. Put this mixture in the ribs, mix well and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
After the spread of 2 layers of foil, pour the marinade to the same, wrap, placed in a mold and put in the oven on low heat (180 C) for 1, 5 hours.
