Ingredients
  • 2 frozen mackerel
  • 2 bulbs
  • 250 ml of water
  • 6 buds of clove
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp coriander peas
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 0,5 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2.5 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar


Cooking
  1. Mackerel unfreeze, slice into serving pieces.
  2. Boil some water, add salt, sugar, cloves, peppercorns and powder, coriander, oil. Boil marinade for 1 minute on low heat. When slightly cooled, pour Apple cider vinegar.
  3. Onion cut into half rings, mix with the fish pieces, pour the cooled marinade and place in the refrigerator. Sampling through 24 hours.
