Grilled vegetables in honey marinade

The ingredients
  • 600 grams of favorite vegetables
  • 200g mushrooms
  • 4-5 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp mustard
  • 4 inflorescences of cloves
  • 3-4 tbsp. l of vegetable oil
  • salt




Preparation
  1. Wash your vegetables and mushrooms. If you have time, you can fill the vegetables with water and let them stand for half an hour.
  2. To prepare a marinade, mix soy sauce with honey and mustard, add cloves inflorescences and pour vegetable oil. Sell to taste and mix well, so that the marinade becomes homogeneous.
  3. Cut the vegetables and mushrooms, pour them into a clean bag. Pour marinade, tie the bag and shake well so that the vegetables are covered with marinade on all sides.
  4. Leave the vegetables in the marinade for half an hour.
  5. Bake vegetables for about 10 minutes on each side. Bon appetit!





Classic recipe for marinade

The ingredients
  • 700g of favorite vegetables
  • 250g mushrooms
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 twigs of basil
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 50ml vegetable oil
  • salt




Preparation
  1. Wash the vegetables and mushrooms, dry and then cut.
  2. To prepare a marinade in a convenient container squeeze the juice of lemon, there also pour vegetable oil.
  3. Grind basil and rosemary, add to the bowl to the marinade. Put the chopped garlic and salt there to taste. Stir it well.
  4. Put the vegetables and mushrooms in a bowl of marinade. Cover, shake and leave for 20 minutes.
  5. Pickled vegetables can be strung on shampoo or laid out in a net and baked like a barbecue. It is better to bake vegetables for about 10 minutes on each side.





Did you know that not all vegetables can be cut? There are those who lose their juice, and therefore their juice. For example, it is better to take tomatoes small and cook them whole, without cutting off the place of the peduncle. Also completely, without cutting off the tail, you can cook Bulgarian pepper.
