What we need:

  • 6 heads of corn
  • butter
  • bunch fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons black ground pepper
How to cook corn on the grill:

Mix the oil, cumin, pepper, cilantro and salt until smooth. To cast half the mixture and smear it on the corn on all sides. Put the corn (cleaned from the husk and fibers) in a preheated average temperature of the grill (or oven) for 20-30 minutes. From time to time to turn the cob so that the corn is evenly roasted. What we need:

  • 8 heads of corn
  • 60 g butter
  • 200 g feta
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • bunch fresh mint
How to cook corn on the grill:

Soften the butter and mix it with feta and chopped mint. Add salt. Put the corn in a preheated average temperature of the grill (or oven) for 20-30 minutes. Then place it into a bowl with the prepared mixture and mix well.

Grilled corn with lime butter

What we need:

  • 4-6 corn heads of cabbage
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • ¼ Teaspoon grated lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon hot pepper
How to cook corn on the grill:

Preheat the grill or oven. Wrap each cob in foil and place on grill. To fry them you need 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally. Then slide onto a plate while preparing the oil. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, lime zest, lime juice, pepper and salt. Carefully open the foil and serve immediately with butter.

Honey grilled corn

What we need:

  • 8 heads of corn
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • fresh parsley
How to cook corn on the grill:

In a small bowl, combine butter, salt and honey until warmed up grill. Lightly brush each cob with olive oil. Put them on the grill and, turning regularly, fry for 15-20 minutes. When corn is ready, brush each cob honey mixture, place on a platter and sprinkle with herbs. If desired, serve with extra helping of butter.published
