cherry tomatoes - 100 g

A method for preparing a warm mushroom salad with tomatoes
Onion cut into half rings. Finely chop the garlic. Mushrooms cut into 4 pieces. Chop green onions. Tomatoes cut into 8 pieces, cherry tomatoes cut is not necessary.
Preheat a deep frying pan olive oil and sauté the onion until transparent. At the end of frying add garlic. Then put in a pan and fry the mushrooms for 3-5 minutes to mix the tomatoes, green onions and leave to heat for 3 minutes.
Salad pepper, salt and season with lemon juice and zest. Serve warm, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
