Rolls of trout with cucumber and cream cheese



 
Ingredients:

Salted trout 200g
2 cucumber pieces
Soft Philadelphia cream cheese tapa or thick cream

Preparation:

One cucumber cut into long thin sticks, the second - circles.
Cut the fish into thin plastic. Lubricate cheese.
Put cucumber sticks.
Close roll.
Cut the roll slices 1-2 cm thick.
If desired, cut the cucumber slices of figures (with a knife or molds) or simply mug.
Cucumbers lay rolls.
