Recipe for festive meat roulettes

Roulettes with minced ingredients
  • 7 bulbs
  • 5 carrots
  • 2l vegetable broth
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 800g flour
  • salt
  • 1kg pork mince
  • 50 ml of warm milk


Preparation
  1. Eggs, milk, flour and salt make a cool dough. Then leave it to rest for 20 minutes under a clean, damp towel.


  2. Rub the carrots on a large grater and cut the onions with half rings. Sprinkle and squeeze the onion and mix it with mince.


  3. Add milk and spices to it. Stir again.


  4. Roll the dough in a thin layer and divide it into 20 equal parts. For each, lay out 2 tbsp. l. meat filling and evenly spread it over the entire surface.


  5. Wrap the dough with filling in rolls and cut them into parts of 7 cm.


  6. Roast the cut rolls in vegetable oil, then move them into a pan, alternating with layers of grated carrots and onions.


  7. Share a pot of vegetable broth and put it on a medium fire. Bring the dish to a boil, and then keep it at a minimum temperature for 10 minutes. This will make the dish juicier and richer. Turn off the fire, the roulettes are ready.




If you want to make food easier, use it. chicken as a filling. This move will make roulettes less caloric, but the taste will not be so expressive.
