Rolls of roasted peppers with cheese and herbs

1 kg red pepper (preferably choose a long, narrow pepper)
500 g srednesetevoj cheese
1 bunch parsley

50 ml olive oil
salt and pepper – to taste
How to cook rolls baked pepper with cheese and herbs:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Pepper wash, spread out on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven until cooked. From time to time, the peppers should turn. For proper texture, it should become soft, and the sides brown.
3. Ready pepper place in a bowl or plastic bag which you should tie and allow to cool. This will make it easier to clean the pepper.
4. The cooled pepper and remove the seeds and cut into long strips 4-5 cm.
5. Parsley and mint finely chop.
Mix with chopped cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper. Thoroughly mash with a fork.
6. Spread on strips of pepper prepared filling.
