Baked apples


 
Very tasty and healthy dessert made from fruits and nuts.

Composition:
Apples - 4 pcs
banana - 1 pc
dried apricots - 3-4 pieces
Prunes - 3-4 pieces
sesame seeds, nuts

Preparation:

Apples are washed, cut off the top and cut midway to gain in-depth (you can do it with a spoon).
Cut midway apples cleaned of seeds and finely chop. Bananas are clean, also finely chopped. Dried apricots and prunes to wash with hot water and finely chop. All fruit mix.
Stuff fruit weighing apples, sprinkle with sesame seeds, top with nuts. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes on medium heat until the apples are soft.
