Any of your choice. - 200 g
Sugar - 200g
Proteins Egg - 200g
Cream - 200g
Gelatin - 80g
Pour the syrup into a saucepan, add sugar and cook until the mixture thickens over low heat.
In this case, all the time stir, otherwise foothills.
Get proteins from the refrigerator and whisk.
Dissolve the gelatin according to package directions.
