RECIPE for RASPBERRY MARSHMALLOWS you need:
300 g frozen raspberries
15 g gelatin
3 tbsp water
3-4 tbsp sugar

form 18x18 cm (it is advisable to use a candy frame, can be replaced by a split mold)

How to make raspberry marshmallows:

1. Soak gelatine in water.

2. Berries put in a saucepan and heat without bringing to a boil. Remove from heat, RUB through a sieve.

3. Return the raspberry puree in a saucepan on the fire, add the sugar. Stirring constantly, bring the sauce to a boil. Remove from the heat.

4. Add the raspberries to the swollen gelatin, stir until dissolved gelatin. The ground must be cooling.

5. Using a mixer to puree for ten minutes to obtain a lush, dense mass.

6. Airy mousse to shift in shape, smooth.

7. Put it in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.

8. The finished delicacy is cut into slices.

To serve tea, coffee, cocoa.
