Norwegian Christmas cake

2 eggs
1 cup sugar (or less to taste)
zest of one orange
juice of half an orange
cinnamon (taste)
soda, vinegar repaid (0.5 tsp)
1 cup sour cream (20%)
baking powder
1 packet of butter (or margarine) softened
flour (a few tablespoons, until thick)

Eggs with sugar. Add the sour cream, butter, cinnamon, zest, orange juice, baking powder. Stir. Add repaid bite soda. Stir.
Add flour, stirring occasionally, until the dough is the right consistency (thick sour cream).

Bake until cooked form.
The temperature and time for each individual oven, stove I very capricious, so the figures may be for someone wrong.
