Sautéed vegetables and minced chicken


 - 500g minced chicken
 - 1 large onion
 - 2 tomatoes
 - 1 sweet pepper
 - 1 kartfelinu
 - 3-4 tablespoons. l sour cream
 - 1 table. of olive or sunflower oil
 - Grated hard cheese 100g


Chop the onion in a blender or through a meat grinder, you can just chop finely with a knife. Mix with minced chicken, salt and pepper to taste. The mass is then put in a dish in which you're going to bake. Top layers put chopped vegetables: tomatoes, peppers, and what else you have. Grate the potatoes through a grater, ever again with salt and pepper to your taste, add a spoonful of olive oil, pour the cream on top, and cover all the grated cheese. Bake for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 190 C.
