Mini breakfast with mozzarella


 
Necessary ingredients:
▪ Mozzarella - small balls
▪ small sweet tomatoes
▪ Fresh green basil
▪ Olive oil
▪ Balsamic vinegar
▪ Salt and pepper as desired

How to cook:

1. Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl

2. Cut the tomatoes in half

3. Put the small green basil leaves on tomatoes and sprinkle with the previously prepared sauce of oil and vinegar.

4. Cover all blank small balls of mozzarella
