1. In a blender, mix cup of flour with salt. At low speed, gradually add the butter, then sprinkle in the remaining flour and cold water. Mix everything until smooth. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and press to get a smooth drive. Put in the fridge for at least an hour.

Pour half of the mixture of mushrooms. Close oesche one third of the cheese and the remaining mushrooms. Pour the other half milk mixture and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
6. Bake for about 1 5 hours. Cool. Remove the cake from the mold and applied them to the dish.
