1. Stop adding sugar to food
This is probably the easiest and most obvious way that will provide you the fastest results. Give up one / two teaspoons of sugar, you tend to like to add to tea, coffee or cereal. The variety of colors is a good indicator of a healthy diet. Just remember that all this only applies to fresh produce. Colorful packaging does not count! Fruits and vegetables are an indicator of the bright colors of fresh and low glycemic index foods.
5. Monitor the consumption of fruits
Fruits are an important part of any diet. They contain fiber and a large amount of nutrients. However, they also contain natural sugars. Therefore, if you consume too much fruit - excess sugar is stored in your body as fat. Limit your intake of fruits at the rate of two a day.

9. Train yourself to fresh, natural foods
